An Epic Codemon is a rare type of Codemon that is randomly obtained through scanning barcodes. They do not have any special abilities in battle; their only difference from their regular counterparts is its appearance.
To help separate Epics from non-Epics, Epic Codemon have golden names.

Arcane Codemon can be summoned as Epic Codemon if both sacrifices are Epics. If only one sacrifice is Epic, there is only a 33% chance that the Arcane summoned will be Epic.
