A level is a way of ranking how strong a Codemon is. Generally, the higher the level, the stronger the Codemon.

All Codemon are obtained at level 1; Codemon can be purchased at higher levels through the Market. The max level a Codemon can be is level 100.
As a Codemon grows and gains levels, it will gain more Health Points, have stronger attacks, and attack more often; this growth corresponds to the Codemon's characteristics. Level also determines how much 
and 
will be awarded when a player wins a battle.
Codemon can have battles with other Codemon up to two levels higher or lower than it. The Codiseum is split into sections based on level.
